Returns & Refunds A brief and honest explanation.
Misquoted garments are manufactured individually upon order. This means that when you buy a t-shirt, we make it specifically for you. History cannot be undone. Neither can a print job.
What We Accept
We accept returns for manufacturing defects and printing errors only.
If your garment arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@misquoted.store with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost. No questions. No bureaucracy. Just a new shirt.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Discovering that Pierre de Coubertin never actually said that
Please consult our size guide before purchasing. It exists. It is accurate. Unlike our quotes.
EU Customers
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), custom-manufactured products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. As each garment is produced individually upon order, this exemption applies to all Misquoted products.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, the above policy applies regardless of your location.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@misquoted.store. We will investigate. We are historically reliable about this, unlike our attributions.
